Barcelona is my favorite city in the world. One year I’ll return for Sonar – a serious three-day European festival. Sonar by Day takes place in downtown Barcelona, while Sonar by Night is spread out over four large stages outside the city. This thing is massive in both land size and crowd number. 2008’s lineup featured Ben Watt, Diplo, Miss Kittin, Roisin Murphy, and Spank Rock, not to mention countless industry parties and the usual techno suspects.
