SATURDAY:
Earthfest @ Hatch Shell featuring CAKE, English Beat — maybe I’m biased because my first concert was a free Cake performance at the Hatch Shell, but if you are going to spend at least one day outside this weekend, this is a winner.
Basstown presents Drop the Lime w/ Volvox, Die Young @ Great Scott — I’ve never heard of Drop the Lime but 1) Basstown knows how to throw a dance party and 2) limes go best with tequila. Do the math.
SUNDAY:
REBOUND presents DJ Fame @ Phoenix Landing — Long weekends at the Phoenix are always killer. Everyone comes out to play, the drinks are cheap and doors close at 2 AM. Last call for alcohol until next weekend.
